- 1. Devenir Software works closely with you to fully understand your needs, the exact skill set and temperament of person you require.
- 2. We submit your requisition to our Devenir Software Requisition Management System which is accessed by our Round-the-Clock recruiting teams.
- 3. First we search our extensive database of highly skilled individuals, if we do not already have the perfect candidate on staff, we go to outside sources to find the person you require.
- 4. Once we find the best possible candidates in the field we carefully screen them, verifying their skill sets, evaluating their technical skills, doing extensive background, reference and employment checks to assure that you are only meeting the best people for the job. Prior to presenting a candidate we will have multiple interviews including a phone interview and in most cases, an in person interview.
- 5. Devenir Software can assure you the best candidates because we offer better compensation packages, ongoing training and strong work environments. We offer all of this to you at competitive rates. Upon finding the best possible candidate(s), we facilitate the interview process, helping to coordinate the interviews and we deal directly with the candidates for you.
- 6. At Devenir Software our job does not stop when a placement is made; we work closely with you to obtain feedback on the consultants' performance and their fit within your organization. This feedback is then discussed with the consultant so they can adapt as needed to produce the results you are looking for.
